Self-defense is not a game or sport. Nothing else can help prepare even the most inexperienced student for a real-life attack better or faster. Referred to as a modern day "MAKIWARA" by one of our test schools, the HAMMERHEAD will not only help develop hand weapons for proper form, but condition them for the impact when striking an attacker. The HAMMERHEAD is a hand-held target; specifically developed to help increase hand-eye coordination by allowing the user to vary the height and angle while also giving them a moving target.
